In my 10 years in the Arizona State Legislature, I earned a reputation for fighting hard for my constituents and supporting policies that kept taxes low, streamlined government and that were good for our state’s working families.
Now I want to take that fight to Congress.
When the Democrats try to hike our taxes, I’ll be there to stand strong for you. I never supported a tax hike in the Legislature, and I won’t when I’m in Congress.
When the lobbyists and special interests come looking for handouts for their pet projects, they won’t get support from me. I’ve pledged never to support pork barrel spending, and it’s a pledge I’ll keep.
I’ll promote an agenda for our nation’s security that clamps down on illegal immigration and creates a border policy that works for Arizona.
As a mother and a grandmother, you can count on me to make decisions that are in the best interest of our country’s families. Today’s families are facing failing schools, rising gas prices and taxes that are too high. When it comes to these tough issues, I won’t support the status quo.
I ask for your vote in the Republican primary on September 2 and I thank you for your support.
